These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Burn Before Reading Chrome extension ("the extension") and any related services provided by 100K31D D.O.O. ("we", "us"). By installing or using the extension, you agree to these Terms.
Burn Before Reading is a browser extension that overlays fire animations on webpage elements you select. All effects are purely visual and local — nothing is modified on any server, database, or remote system. No actual content is deleted from the internet.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
The extension includes 7 free burns upon installation. Additional use requires a paid license key. The license is for personal use on your own browser(s). It is not transferable to other users.
All payments for a license key are non-refundable by default. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are acquiring a digital license and waive any right of withdrawal applicable to physical goods.
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances — for example, if a verified technical defect prevents the extension from functioning at all on a supported browser and we are unable to resolve it. Refund requests must be submitted to go@100k31d.co within 14 days of purchase and include your order details and a description of the issue. Granting a refund in one case does not obligate us to do so in any other.
The extension is designed and tested for use on Chrome, Brave, Arc, and Edge on macOS and Windows. Functionality on other browsers or operating systems is not guaranteed.
The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will function without interruption or that it will be compatible with every website. Websites may update their structure in ways that affect extension behavior — we will aim to address these in updates but cannot guarantee immediate fixes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100K31D D.O.O. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
All content, code, graphics, and text in the extension and on this website are the property of 100K31D D.O.O. . You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
